You will lay comfortably in on the sauna bed for the entire session.

A 15 minute vibration plate session: After a powerful infra red sauna session, a quick time on the vibration plate helps move waste, environmental toxics, heavy metals, oxidative toxins into the lymph system to be effectively removed.
